Accounts

Users are responsible for account security, accuracy, and the activity that flows through their access.

ToldYa may apply eligibility checks, age thresholds, and verification rules as the service grows.

Content

User content stays theirs, but ToldYa needs the rights required to host, display, distribute, and moderate it.

That includes public posting, quoting, reposting, storage, enforcement, and safety review.

Enforcement

Access can be restricted, reduced, suspended, or removed when platform risk or rule violations are serious enough.

ToldYa may act to protect users, the product, and the service’s legal and operational integrity.

Principle 01

Public posting carries public responsibility.

Users should treat posts, quotes, reposts, and replies as actions that can affect other people and may trigger enforcement.

Principle 02

Moderation is part of the product, not an afterthought.

Reports, investigations, restrictions, and appeals are part of how ToldYa operates as a social network.

Principle 03

Paid features can evolve without changing the core public rules.

Premium can add product value, but it does not remove the platform’s right to enforce standards or access limits.

1. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of their credentials, and activity that occurs through their account. ToldYa may set eligibility rules, age thresholds, verification requirements, and account limits as the product evolves.

2. User content and platform license

Users retain rights in content they create, subject to rights they grant ToldYa to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, moderate, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the platform.

Users must only post content they have the right to share and must not infringe the rights, privacy, or safety of others.

3. Platform rules and prohibited conduct

ToldYa may prohibit harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, coordinated abuse, unlawful conduct, fraud, spam, platform manipulation, publication of sensitive personal information, evasion of enforcement, and other harmful or deceptive conduct.

Users may not misuse the product, overload systems, scrape or reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or interfere with moderation, reporting, or safety processes.

4. Moderation, reports, and appeals

ToldYa may review content, accounts, reports, and appeals using human review, internal tooling, automated signals, or a combination of methods. Moderation decisions may include reduced distribution, warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent removal.

The existence of a report or appeal process does not guarantee any specific outcome, turnaround time, or restoration result.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and premium access

ToldYa may offer paid subscriptions, premium profile features, advanced posting tools, higher visibility surfaces, creator utilities, archive controls, or other subscriber benefits. Prices, eligibility, renewal terms, and included features may change over time.

Subscriptions may renew automatically if the product later enables recurring billing. Taxes, payment provider rules, refund constraints, and platform store policies may also apply.

6. Suspension and termination

ToldYa may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service when it believes an account violates these Terms, creates platform risk, harms other users, exposes the business to legal issues, or threatens the security or integrity of the service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation principles

ToldYa is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Social content reflects user submissions and user opinion, not guaranteed truth or official advice. ToldYa does not promise uninterrupted service, perfect moderation, or error-free operation.

8. Final terms

ToldYa may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update may mean the revised Terms apply. Additional feature-specific terms, store terms, creator terms, or promotional terms may also apply to certain product surfaces.

ToldYa Terms

Platform rules and moderation standards should stay visible and clear.
